The following classes and courses, are running now or coming soon. All classes are small and bespoke, maximum number of people per class is between four to six people. This way everyone gets some Personal training time. All classes are £7.00 unless specified otherwise
Yoga - All Levels
Yoga is designed so that anyone of any age and with any range of movement can participate, classes are 60 minutes long, all equipment provided. For more information on Yoga click here.

A favorite classic! This 45 minute class will have you're legs, glutes and core burning! If you like to feel the burn and lose the ability to laugh, sneeze or sit! Then this is the class for you.
