The Yoga that I teach at my studio is tailored to each class and/or individuals requirements or needs.

Yoga can be performed on rest days, as part of any Training Programme & can help release tension & prevent muscle overload.

Specifically created & designed to help those who are not at all flexible but wish to tone, strength, sculpt & lift.  Based on the Asana's, each move has been customized so that anybody of any shape or size, no matter what their range of movement, can work through the poses & still get the maximum results & benefits that Yoga brings.  Adapted to ensure your joints are strengthened, your muscles elongated & your core strength enhanced. 

For those who are already flexible, sessions can be adapted to work on any focus area or ability; from Core Strength, Flexibility, Agility, Joint Strength to a good old hard cardio workout session.
